Did you know that when your students email you, you can filter them by class?
When using a gmail account, it doesn't recognize anything beyond a + sign. You can give your classes a specific email address to use and then can create a filter to automatically sort them.
Just make up an email address for students to email their assignments. Make anything past the + sign relevant to the class to help you identify the emails. For instance:
When students use these emails, you will still get the email, but now you can create a filter to sort them into folders for you automatically by class.
